Schönes, sauberes Hotel
Wir waren nach zwei Jahren wieder einmal im NordWest-Hotel Bad Zwischenahn. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren, wie schon beim Besuch davor, tadellos sauber. Wir haben auch das von uns gewünschte Zimmer erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffett war gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage ist für uns sehr gut. Nicht im Zentrum, das Zentrum ist aber fußläufig in 15-20 min zu erreichen.

Hotel ist gut, aber definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Zimmer klein, Betten sehr gut. Frühstück ok, aber leider eine etwas merkwürdige Auswahl an Tee, 1x grüner Tee, 2 Schwarztee-Sorten und etliche Sorten Früchte- bzw. Kräutertees. Service an der Bar sehr freundlich. Allerdings gibt es beim Personal an der Rezeption schulungsbedarf. Anreise 14.45 Uhr, dann muss man bis 15 Uhr warten, vorher ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Wir wurden ziemlich deutlich und unfreundlich hierauf hingewiesen. Merkwürdiges Verhalten, denn zu den Kriterien eines 4Sterne-Hotels gehört u. a. auch ein 14 Stunden besetzter Empfangsdienst. Bei einem so „freundlichen „ Empfang sehen wir von einem erneuten Besuch ab.

Het hotel ligt in een buitenwijk van Bad Zwischenahn op loopafstand van het Kurpark, de See en het Zentrum. Ongeveer 10-15 minuten. Hotel ligt erg rustig. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Mooi kamer met mooie badkamer. Douchecabine had wel wat schimmelranden, maar voor de rest was het hotel brandschoon. Kamer had eigen terras met een zitje en tevens twee ligbedden. Ontbijt was zeer goed, ruime keuze en werd steeds aangevuld. De WiFi is ook prima. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Alleen bij vertrek kregen we de beloofde 5 euro korting op de rekening niet. We hadden gekozen voor Green Deal, geen kamer schoonmaak, voor 5 euro per dag korting op de eindafrekening. Maar bij vertrek werd ineens gezegd dat dit alleen voor drankjes was en die hadden wij niet op. Dus vertrokken zonder korting…
